THE ROOMS

The apartment has two double bedrooms, one with two 90 cm single beds and the other with a 135 cm double bed. The two rooms face the morning sun, the small one has direct access to the terrace, the larger one has a large window from where you will see the Perruquet pine forest and feel the sound of the waves.

THE LIVING ROOM

Spacious, with a very good shape, with direct access to the terrace and very bright, the dining room has a very interesting distribution. If you sit on the sofa, you have a direct view of the beach, you will see how people walk along the promenade, the sand, the sea and the horizon. You also have a TV, but considering the landscape views you'll see, you might forget to turn it on.

Near the kitchen there is a dining table with four chairs, so that you can all eat comfortably.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully renovated, very practical, with a U-shaped marble that will allow you to prepare all the meals you want. The fire is butane and there is also an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a coffee maker.

BATHROOM

New and well distributed. A sink, a toilet, a shower cabin and a washing machine, everything you need!

THE TERRACE

Due to its shape and its location, the terrace is formidable. You will find a large garden table with six chairs, so you can have meals, sit down to play, read or simply feel the proximity of the sea.

The views from the terrace are formidable, at almost 90 degrees you will see, the pines of La Pineda, the winding promenade that borders the beach in a westerly direction and in front, the entire width of the beach from the promenade to the horizon.

COMMUNITY FACILITIES

There are two elevators on the stairs, which is good news considering that the apartment is on the third floor.

This building that is built at the foot of the sand needs little: a beach shower and a direct step towards the promenade and the sea.

THE CENTER OF EL PINAR, WITH ALL THE SERVICES

This apartment is located in the middle of Passeig Pau Casals, an area with all the shops, supermarkets, banks, bars, and cafes.
