THE ROOMS

The apartment has three double bedrooms: one with two single beds, another with a double bed and the third with a trundle bed. The three rooms are very bright, with a large window or exit to the terrace.

THE LIVING ROOM

It is divided into two spaces: one next to the open kitchen, with a large dining table in the middle; and separated by an arch, we find the spacious living room, with large windows that open onto the terrace. The living room has two very comfortable sofa beds, and a square table to eat.

The living room, with direct access to the terrace and very bright, has a view of the beach, of the people on the promenade, the sand, the sea and the horizon. It has a TV and air conditioning.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully renovated, very practical, open to the dining room, which will allow you to prepare all meals while having a quiet conversation. There is a ceramic hob with oven, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Also, dishwasher and washing machine, all in one space, ideal!

THE TWO BATHROOMS

There are two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite, well distributed. A toilet, a toilet and a shower cabin, everything you need!

THE TERRACE

Due to its shape and its location, the terrace is wonderful. You will find a nice garden table and chairs, so you can spend time sitting down to play, read or simply feel the proximity of the sea.

The views from the terrace are stupendous: on one side, the mountains in the background, with the silhouette of the Dragon Khan; on the other, the winding promenade that borders the beach and the sea to the horizon.
